I was opening my first hair salon & wanted it to be perfect. My partner kept saying he knew a guy that did furniture, but I was adamant that I wanted it unique & contemporary. After a few weeks of searching through rubbish websites, an advert popped up at the side for Albert. Instantly I knew he was the man for me. I was initially worried if I could afford him but after speaking to him he reassured me that he designed the layout complimentary if I spent xyz. We flew over for 2 days and Gerard picked us up and we went to the showroom. We sat on every piece of furniture until we decided the style and colour. I went away with samples and made my final decision at home with help of Albert. Furniture came on time beautifully packed and easily to assemble.

We had used AED for some bespoke furniture a few years ago and were delighted with the result so choosing someone to help us with our recent refurbishment was easy!

The salon has a high ceiling and metal beams and supports and utilising Alberts design expertise, we decided to go for a more contemporary urban chic look with an industrial twist. We chose made to measure wallpaper from Textura, sections from Pahi, and some industrial style feature lights.

From design, planning & project management through to choosing the right fixtures, fittings and furniture Albert and his team were pure professionals and there just when we needed them. The end result is a unique space that's been well admired by our clients, the layout that was created provides more space to work and a light, airy relaxed and welcoming place to visit.

Taking on a project refurbishing 12,000 sq feet was never going to be an easy task. Being a great believer in fate I sent it up to the universe to attract the perfect designer. One click later on Google and I found the man for the job in Albert Ewan Design.

What could have taken forever seemed to fly by with every detail taken care of with meticulous attention. I believe I work all hours, however, even Albert surprised me with his ability to always answer questions and emails with a sound knowledge backed up with a vast amount of years of industry experience.

We have finished stage one of the project which includes an incredible hair salon, juice bar, gym, changing rooms, pedi spa and nails area with an amazing reception retail area. The thought process and eye for detail has made the results absolutely spot on.
